Harness the power of your imagination with guided visualisation designed to help you release stress, ease pain, alleviate anxiety, and find inner peace. Therapeutic music with theta binaural beats associated with deep relaxation and mental imagery will also play gently in the background to enhance the experience. This class is your dedicated time for self-care, promoting improved mental health and overall well-being. Classes run for 30 minutes and involve lying on the floor so please bring a pillow and mat for your comfort. If sitting is your preference, chairs will also be available.
